Qualification Pools
Super Smash Bros. Melee Singles, Smash Bros. for Wii U Singles, and Project M Singles will all start with 32 pools (or 64 pools if there are more than 500 registrants for that game). Each pool will be composed of either a round robin or a double elimination bracket (depending on the number of entrants), the top two players from the qualification bracket will move on to the 64-player semifinal bracket. Everyone who advances will be entered on the winners side of the Semifinal bracket.
Semifinal Bracket
The Semifinal Bracket is double elimination and is made up of the top 2 players from each qualification pool. In the case of Smash Bros. Melee Doubles, Smash Bros. for Wii U Doubles, and Project M Doubles everyone who enters the event will start in this bracket.
Tournament Finals
The Finals are a continuation of the Semifinal Bracket. There is no separate "Finals Bracket". Final placings will be determined by where you are eliminated in the semifinal bracket. To see prize payouts, hover over each game at the top of this page.
